It's a quiet setting just off County road 5, with access from state and county highways. Google maps will bring you right to the cabin. Well behaved pets are allowed $25 additional cleaning fee applies. A 2019, 22' Godfrey pontoon is reservable in advance of stay for rent at a daily rate $175 (not included in cabin rent). Must be reserved 2 months in advance or may be limited availability. One time cleaning fee of $35. Gas included, but you will need to bring your own life jackets. THE LAKE Ethel Lake is one of Otter Tail County's cleanest lakes and the lake bottom is fine grain hard sand, no rocks. Ethel lake accommodates fishing, skiing, tubing, wakeboarding and other water sports. The lake is about 1.3 miles long and 3/4 across, the deepest point is 60 feet. Water clarity is between 15 and 22 feet depending on the season. The boat launch is an 1/6th of a mile from the house. ABOUT THE LOCATION Otter Tail Lake Access is 3 miles from the house. Within ten minutes the cities of Battle Lake and Ottertail. They both have grocery store, stunning shopping boutiques, and delicious eateries. Ottertail City boasts of eclectic gift shops including Red Brick Boutique, and Blue Barn, Periwinkle, Williams Company. Glendolough State Park is a short scenic drive. The park has paved bike trails, an amazing beach, and hiking trails. Balmoral 9 hole Golf Course and Thumper Pond 18 hole Golf Course are within 10 minutes. Thumper Pond also has a water park. The area is great for vacationing with several shops, restaurants, and two State parks within close driving distance. Glendalough and Maplewood States park offer several ways to enjoy the outdoors including walking and biking trails, kayaking, swimming, fishing and more. There are two golf courses within walking distance. An area favorite is Balmoral right across the street. It is an 18 hole par 72 that features beautifully maintained tree lined fairways that will challenge golfers of any ability. For those just interested is a quick 9 Balmoral North is a 9 hole par 27 executive course that allows for a quick leisurely round. Whatever you are interested in I'm sure you can find plenty to do in the Otter Tail Lakes area.

This cabin has been newly and nicely remodeled. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and lots of room for additional sleepers. (Air Mattresses Included) Can sleep 10. 1 Bathroom on main floor. Well stocked with everything you need for a great time including a grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans etc... There is beach access across the road included with your stay. The beach is 300 feet away, it is sandy, shallow and fun. Ottertail Lake is absolutely perfect for all water activities, guaranteed to provide super entertainment. The awesome Corner Store on the adjacent property has fresh baked goods daily. They have bait, snacks and a variety of other items to make your stay more comfortable. If you have questions by phone for this property you can contact the Corner Store on Ottertail Lake. We cant list our phone number here but if you look it up we will gladly speak to you. (All bookings do have to come through VRBO). Pontoon and paddle board rental available. Pontoon Rates are $175 for a half day and 250 for a full day (excluding fuel) week discount available. Paddle boards rent for $15 per hour, $40 for a half day and $70 for a full day. Its also directly across the street from a Bar/restaurant with great food, and just down the street from Zorbaz, and right across the street from a sandy beach. The cabin itself is very clean, updated and stocked with everything you need. We will most likely stay here again, and would recommend to ANYONE!!!

Deer Lake is located within just a mile of Ottertail Lake. Our cabin is furnished with hand crafted log furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and one bath. The cabin features a jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer and a pool table available for your use.
